By accessing and using Cohen Coaching ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Cohen Coaching provides online dental education, continuing education credits, certification programs, and professional development resources for dental professionals. Our services include but are not limited to video courses, live events, community forums, and mentorship programs.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Professional Requirements
Certain courses and certifications require verification of professional credentials. You represent that all information provided regarding your professional status, licenses, and certifications is accurate and current.
5. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including courses, videos, materials, and documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
7. CE Credit Policies
Continuing education credits are awarded upon successful completion of eligible courses. Cohen Coaching is not responsible for state board recognition of credits. Users are responsible for verifying credit acceptance with their respective licensing boards.
8. Limitation of Liability
Cohen Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Educational content is provided for informational purposes and should not replace professional judgment.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
